The Shoulderpod Z3 clamp has been custom designed to hold our 5000 mAh rechargeable battery perfectly in place so it does not dongle around while shooting.
It has been 3D printed using an automotive-grade fibber-reinforced composite polymer for supporting tough working conditions.
Its socket has been custom-designed to slide tightly into any of the G2 cold shoes.
IMPORTANT: While the Z3´s socket might work with other cold shoes, we can’t guarantee it will fit tightly or without getting damaged.

3D printing allows us to offer custom-designed products to a small group of customers at an affordable price.
We can do this by avoiding the high cost of tooling and injection molding, which only make sense for large production runs. The reliability of 3D printed materials is now on par with traditional manufacturing processes and can even meet automotive and aerospace specifications. While surface quality has drastically improved during the last years, it is important to understand that surface quality of 3D printed parts is not yet as smooth as an injection-molded or machined part would be, but this is only a small price to pay for having access to products that can radically improve our workflow.
