While the Wireless ME can be connected to your smartphone using the included TRRS analog cable plus a smartphone adapter, you can fully access its advanced digital features and avoid those messy dongles by connecting it directly to your device through its USB-C port. Wind is one of the biggest enemies of outdoor recordings. When air above certain speeds passes through the edges of the microphone, it generates a multi-frequency whistling that will make your audio unusable. That’s why the Wireless ME includes furry windshields for protecting the built-in microphone capsules.

The new design includes an ultra-secure twist & lock bayonet connector to ensure it will never pop-off by accident. You will now be prepared for recording crystal clear outdoor sound even under windy conditions.

RODE CENTRAL APP
Access pro-settings and extra features.

RØDE Central is a free application for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android that will give you access to additional features, settings and firmware updates for customising your Wireless ME to your workflow. Connect the units to your computer or smartphone and access a ton of extra features:

• Install Firmware updates.

• Adjust the microphone’s gain assistant.

• Adjust output level.

• Set channels mix mode.

• Turn ON/OFF mics individually.

• Adjust LEDs brightness.
